We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions to help you with any queries you may have regarding your corporate hospitality packages. Are alcoholic and Non-alcoholic beverages included in the price?
The majority of the packages include; beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks in the price.

Are there a minimum or maximum number of people you can cater for?
VIP Event Butler’s packages usually cater for bookings of two persons and upwards. There are no restrictions for the amount of clients that you wish to entertain.

Are there any extra hidden charges?
No, all of VIP Event Butler’s packages state whether VAT is included or excluded in the price of your booking. However, if there are any other charges i.e. Car Parking you will be notified immediately.

Can I amend or alter my booking at a later date?
Bookings can be altered at a later date providing they tie in with VIP Event Butler’s terms and conditions. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I make a provisional booking?
Yes, VIP Event Butler will be able to hold a package for you on a short term basis. It also depends on the popularity of the event.

Can I purchase ticket only for an event?
The majority of VIP Event Butler’s packages are inclusive of tickets and hospitality. However, the only events that we cater for on a ticket only basis will be Wimbledon. You will have the option to purchase Debenture Tickets.

Can I request special catering arrangements?
Yes, you will have to notify our team 48 to 72 hours in advance to ensure all dietary requirements can be met.

Can I be notified about any upcoming events?
Yes, we update our website with upcoming events and we can also add you to our mailing list with news of; upcoming events, special events and also promotional offers.

Can you organise hospitality for a specific event?
Yes, VIP Event Butler can organise hospitality of your choice for the following; team building, activity days, staff incentives and company/corporate golf days.

Do you provide hospitality for any overseas events?
Yes, VIP Event Butler offer the chance for our guests to attend events overseas including; golf events, tennis events, rugby events and many more.

How far advance do I need to book?
We always advise that you book as far in advance as possible to ensure your booking meets all of your requirements.

Is car parking included?
For most of the events car parking is included in the price. Usually packages will come with 1 car parking pass per four guests. However, if car parking is not included we will make that clear to our customers.

What are the dress codes?
The dress codes for events differ. For Example; Ascot is a very formal event and 6 nations rugby is a more casual event.

When will I receive my tickets and packages for the event?
VIP Event Butler will mail all tickets or packages 10 to 14 days before the event starts. We will mail all of our tickets and or packages via Royal Mail special delivery. We will hand deliver or use a well-known courier service for special events or late bookings.
For any overseas deliveries we will use Fed Ex postage services.
