The location of this Cheltenham Festival Corporate Hospitality package is in the Needham and Needham Enclosure and is exceptional as it overlooks the final two fences on the finishing straight. The Needham and Needham Enclosure also offers panoramic views of the entire Racecourse.
The Private Boxes and restaurant inside the Needham and Needham Enclosure, which is on the first floor, contain a dedicated bar area, closed circuit TV and they open onto a balcony overlooking the entire Cheltenham Racecourse. Also, Toilet facilities and Tote betting facilities are available on each floor.
Cheltenham Festival Hospitality can offer you dedicated boxes inside the Needham and Needham enclosure. The boxes we have to offer vary in size, accommodating from 20 to 40 people, albeit larger parties can also be accommodated by arrangement. Private tables can be arranged for 8-12 people within the restaurant, and all bookings taken are for a party of 2 people upwards.

CHELTENHAM RACECOURSE
Travelling to Cheltenham by car takes around one hour & 45 minutes from the centre of London along the M40 and A40. From Birmingham (via exit 9 or 10 of the M5) and Bristol (via exit 11 of the M5), it should roughly take around an hour.
Directions from the M5 heading North:
Leave the M5 via Junction 11.
Follow the A40 to Cheltenham. At the 1st roundabout take the 3rd exit. At the 2nd roundabout take the 1st exit following signs to the Racecourse (Princess Elizabeth Way). Continue following signs for Bishops Cleeve and Park & Ride. At the roundabout with PC World and McDonalds on it, take the 2nd exit approaching Bishops Cleeve. At the double roundabout go directly across. Take the next turning on the right (Swindon Lane) over the level crossing. Continue straight across the next 2 roundabouts.
At the 3rd roundabout take the 2nd exit to Cheltenham Racecourse.
Follow the access road to the Racecourse passing The Centaur on your right.
At the peak of the hill go right into the Members Car Park, where there will be Reserved Spaces. Park in that Car Park and pursue signs for the Hall of Fame, where the event will be signposted from there.
Directions from the M5 heading South:
Leave the M5 at Junction 10.
Continue on the A4019 to Cheltenham.
Sainsbury’s, Homebase, Broughton’s and Cotswold BMW should be to the left.
At the roundabout with McDonalds on, go left towards Bishops Cleeve.
At the double roundabout continue straight across.
Take the second turning on the right (Swindon Lane) over the level crossing.
Head straight over the following 2 roundabouts.
At the third roundabout take the second exit to the Racecourse.
Follow the access road to Cheltenham Racecourse passing The Centaur to your right.
At the top of the hill turn right into the Members Car Park (Reserved Spaces). Please park in the Members Car Park and follow signs for the Hall of Fame, report to the Conference and Events Office or the Racecourse Reception.
