The former manager of the Savoy Hotel, Switzerland’s César Ritz was the owner of The Ritz Hotel in London when it originally opened, personally managing many of the hotel’s operations himself. The Ritz has always been renowned for its fabulous catering service, ever since César Ritz managed to hire world-famous chef Auguste Escoffier when the hotel was opened. Today, The Ritz has a choice of three exquisite restaurants where you can experience their world famous culinary delights; The flagship Palm Court, The Ritz Restaurant or The Rivoli Bar.
